chairman’s Message<\/h2>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Graceful,<\/span><\/p>\n

Dubai Building Cooperative Society was established on October 5, 1992, which marked the World Habitat Day. The Society establishment was based on a distinct and peculiar idea in the region and aimed at improving its members\u2019 social and economic conditions, fostering the State’s wise policy in the field of housing and construction, and achieving prosperity and happiness for its members by finding additional sources of income for citizens and low-income populations and applying the cooperative principles in accordance with the Federal Law No. (13) of 1976.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Society has undergone various stages and has achieved growth in its activities since its establishment. Moreover, the Society, represented by its successive boards of directors, has sought to realize its objectives in various investment fields, as well as in housing and social areas by engaging in the purchase, sale and lease of lands and housing facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Society\u2019s articles of association reflect its interest in providing a social contribution allocated from the profits annually to improve the region affairs and to offer material contributions to its low-income members.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the Society consistently seeks to develop the scopes of its work and advance its objectives to realize the best return for its contributors and getting on with achieving successes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The attention provided by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, may Allah protect him, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may Allah protect him, represents a source of inspiration, unlimited constant support and a momentum for going on achieving those objectives.<\/span><\/p>\n

We cannot fail to express our thanks, gratitude and devotion to Their Highness. We further thank the Society contributors for their constant support and confidence in the Society management, asking Allah to make us able to meet the expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n
